During Pokémon go fest in Paris trainers we´re winning prices according with the medal they have on wayfarer, my friend its bronze she got key holder from it. I am at the moment gold close to plat medal, went to the Wayfarer tent to claim my price but they told me they didn’t had more prices for gold medal, each I understand. They have limited supplier of prices, but the only thing i got back was a Wayfarer sticker. I feel very upset because of that i would like an Wayfarer key holder at least but come there to big event and then walk whit out the price you could earn its very hearth broken and demotivated. Can please Wayfarer team reach out to me? Can I at least have one keyholder

I was one the Ambos helping out at the Paris tent - I was there each day.
I did post in the Go Fest thread that it is always best to come early as we do run out of the different items.
At the start of each session plenty people came to see what they were eligible for and get a reward.
I know that I spent time in later part of each session saying sorry that the choice was limited. I understand the disappointment but there has to be a limit on items.
Yes that isn’t the point I am making, the gold prices run out, if you guys still have bronze you should give that at least will be better than just gave the participation sticker before we get gold we become bronze, also you guys could talk with Niantic to give ambassador cards with free star piece and green pass when u run out of prices I leave the ideia here for the future events will be a nice touch. Will be good if you guys don’t let people go back empty hand. It’s an ideia

There was always a member of Niantic staff there too.

Also would like to Wayfarer explain few points on the prizes. They give one reward per player per day or per event? Did they give away prizes to players with multiple accounts? And is this rumor correct or no if yes it’s even more upsetting.

I was present at the Wayfarer Tent for six hours on Saturday in NJ (that was 1.5 park sessions). I personally sent people away who came back to show me “their brother’s account.” I heard multiple employees and Ambassadors tell people, “Sorry, you must be present to receive a Wayfarer reward.”
Each person was only eligible to get 1 reward per location. If a player spent money to go to Osaka and Jersey City and Paris, then they were able to receive a reward at each of those locations.
