If you request advise on a Public Forum and the Public give advice then its up to you whether you accept the advice given. If you want, you can always search for a source if that is what you want.

If you are wanting concrete evidence then don’t ask in a Public Forum. You need to contact the company.

The way you have been negative of the advice you have received, maybe get your legal team to talk to their legal team, at least then it will be lagally binging.
