I have got 1 email from noreply@nianticlabs.com
It mention about “ You have violated the following policies: Review circle participation. For more details, look for previous emails sent by noreply@nianticlabs.com” but i have only 1 email from him. No any other emails previously. I have read on the
“ Wayfarer Abuse Enforcement Ladder Policy” it had 4 steps of warning (in case you make something wrong and it was proved it is true).
But I did not see any warning in my case 
. Could you please help me? If i do something wrong, it because of i did not know.
The ladder enforcement policy does allow for going straight to a permanent ban if the violation warrants it:
This policy may provide offenders with disciplinary actions proportional to the severity of the offenses they perform. This means that a first time offender can be punished with any of the disciplinary actions listed below depending on how severe their offense was.
If you did not receive the other emails, often a staff member here will start a DM with you to explain.
Did you already click on “contact us” and submit an appeal?

Yes, but i do not know. What did i do wrong. I try to think but …. I don’t know. I never create fake waypoint or something bad into the game. For Review others waypoint, i have carefully look every request, is it accuracy? Is it real? Try to see environment from google map compare with the requested picture. If i did not sure. I press skip. I will press ok when i make sure it is ok.
It clearly tells you that they have determined you were participating in a review circle. They may have sent an example of this in the other emails.
This ban is for participating in a review circle. These typically are groups of people that work together to get ineligible nominations approved. It could also be related to reviewing and approving ineligible nominations in general, but typically involves a group.

Do check all emails as there will be another 2.
That email cites review circle - which would mean colluding with others to get a particular result on a nominations via reviews.
So think carefully about your reviewing, and how you have been voting.
Do update here if you cant find the other emails as staff can send DM with the details.

I have 2 accounts to request waypoint. Frankly speaking, when i see my own request I press ok. Because before I submit, i think it is ok to be a waypoint. But i have only 2 accounts, i don’t know, can it call group of account.
FYI, i have a lot of did not accept waypoint in my both accounts. If i have group to help to create non sense waypoint, most of them should be Pass. As you see, i have asked how to create good waypoint in other discussion group.
Only 1 account is allowed per person. Having multiple accounts is against the ToS.

I hope you don’t mind, but is your son over 13? If not, he should be using a Niantic Kids account to play. Niantic Kids accounts are not eligible to participate in Wayfarer.
Having multiple accounts and using them to submit and review is against the Terms of Service - you are breaking the rules. So a sanction is what you can expect.
Everyone is entitled to appeal, if you are going to appeal then I would suggest that you are honest about having multiple accounts and how you used them in wayfarer.
Its a hard lesson that you are learning.

I don’t know what this photo has to do with the ban.
Again, the main issue is the sharing of accounts/having multiple accounts. If your son is under 13, you may have falsified his birthday, too, which is requested when signing up for any Niantic game. If someone if under 13, the only login option will be Niantic Kids; login options such as Google and Apple ID can’t be used until someone is over 13. Wayfarer doesn’t allow Niantic Kids login, only Google, Facebook, and/or Apple ID, so Wayfarer isn’t open to those under the age of 13.
I would not be surprised if your son’s account has been banned as well, so he may want to check.
We cant help with specifics here as we are not Wayfarer Team members.
You need to put the information in your appeal. It is best to keep an appeal factual and be honest about the accounts and how they were used. Think about it carefully.
First time, when he start playing. He ask me to create his account so i create account by use my info.
After that he can’t fight pokemon in gym alone. Then he ask me to help him. That’s why i have started this game.
He play this game under my vision so i did not change his account to kid.
I think there is no more we can usefully help you with for now. Make your appeal.
If the answer remains that the suspension stays then hard though it might be it is best to accept that and move on.

I have talked the truth here. However I still do not know what the exactly event or action that i do wrong. May be need to wait wayfarer team member contact me and point my fault.
You have pointed out that you review both on yours and your son’s accounts, and using multiple accounts as well as sharing accounts is against the ToS. Only 1 account is allowed per person, and sharing accounts with others is also not allowed. Using your account to approve the nominations that were submitted on your son’s account and then using your son’s account to approve your nominations isn’t allowed.

Thanks for your suggestion, I have done on appeal. I have no question on I have 2 accounts in my hand. If wayfarer team member walk pass this way, Please give us mercy we have 2 persons to play this game. 10 years is very effect for 2 of us.
Staff do not publicly discuss bans; this is why you do have to contact staff via the appeal link to further discuss the issue with them. They may send you a DM here in the forums with more info, but you have pretty much admitted to using more than 1 account, so I don’t know what additional info they can provide.

Appeal did not pass. I don’t understand why they call group of voting ring. 1 account submit the submission but it can not vote for itself. then I have only 1 vote from another account.
BTW, My son is OK to start the new account. We are start at 1 once again.
