Please help, i have got 10 years suspended!

Make sure you don’t make the same mistake again.

I would assume that Niantic spotted a strange pattern. Did you only Accept your own nominations whilst rejecting / skipping all others.

Ignoring the Child Account issue If I get a review for something that I recognise is a Friends nomination then I am allowed to vote so their has to be more to it…

No, i did not do like that. I always give the point to the one they should get. However, they will get 2 points or -2 points from us. As i mention earlier, I teach my boy to judge which picture generate form AI, which one mark in the wrong position. Look from the top, front, side in google map. Which one you don‘t sure press skip. See the beautiful waypoint together.
But this appeal wayfarer don’t listen. We create a lot of good way point some of them get in the show case. But don’t worry we can do it again when we reach lv 37 but this time we shall not give any vote to every submission.:joy::joy::joy:.

You must not use more than one account. It is a violation of the rules. Everyone knows that.
But when you participate in an on-site event to play actual Pokemon Go, there are a lot of people who use more than two accounts..
If the Niantic team caught it, it would have already been caught, right?
But they will also be the main customers.
That’s why I’ve never been told I’ve been stopped other than people who used GPS.
Of course, I’ve heard from some acquaintances that they applied for a ridiculous location change or falsely applied for Wayspot and were punished for accumulating reports.

Other than that, I’ve sometimes seen the wrong suspension due to errors and then unraveling again.

I hope it’s not the above problem and I hope it’s resolved smoothly.

If you count me and my son, We are 2 as well. However, that 2 accounts use only my info.
So, we can accept thier judgement. Next time we shall only create the new submission but did not give any vote. no vote to another too.

Besides what I said..
To add to the case of account suspension..
First of all, there are many cases where you have handed over your account to someone else for an exchange.
It doesn’t matter if you hand over your account, exchange it, and shut it down, but if you turn a pocketstop or catch a pokemon besides exchange after you log on…
If it is a long distance, the account may be suspended because it is judged to be using GPS.
And if the user who received that account is a GPS user, the IDs logged in with the same IP can also be suspended…
Of course, giving your account to someone else is also a violation of the rules…
More users than you think… are using sharing accounts and exchanging them..

Please think carefully about what caused the account to be suspended..

They are point my fault clearly Bro. == > "You have violated the following policies: Review circle participation" That’s mean I have multiple vote on the submission. Their system count my vote and my son vote are the same person.

Sorry for my english, May be I did not understand your point in the first time

I understand that language differences can sometimes make things a bit unclear, so I’d like to clarify a couple of points based on my understanding of your comments.

If you suspect someone is violating the player guidelines, the best course of action is to report them directly to Pokémon GO Support for investigation, as this forum does not handle Pokémon GO concerns.

If you’re suggesting that paying customers are exempt from suspension, that is not true. Being a paying player does not grant immunity from penalties. You’ll often see suspended players online claiming they should be exempt because they pay, but Niantic enforces rules equally for everyone. Please avoid spreading misinformation on public platforms.

If I have misunderstood your points, please accept my apologies.

I hope the game can change this rule in someday. (1 person 1 account)
Sorry for i need to said == > “If I report all of player who have multiple accounts, Number of players in my area will close to zero” and I will not have friends to play together. (This is only my point of view and my experience).

I had read this part of the quote as “most/many customers have more than 1 account”, not that paying customers should be exempt

That is certainly true of the community around me. I am the odd one out for only having 1 account. Local communities do not follow the terms of service around account sharing or multiple accounts. Its sad.

I tried reporting people for it years ago but those accounts still exist today, so I concluded that Niantic don’t take action on this (unless it affects Wayfarer). I haven’t reported it again since it never did anything.

If I try to stand up for the terms of service within the local community, I become a target, and people either get angry with me, or they try to convince me I’m wrong and stupid for missing out on all the “benefits” of a 2nd account.

I can understand how someone could get the impression gat a 2nd account is not only normal but expected and necessary! They would only have to look around and follow the crowd. :sob:

They say you can report it directly if you suspect it’s a violation, but…
There is no way to prove it in any way.
But collecting evidence in the field can’t fight users who use multiple accounts… lol…
Atlas, if you’re a user who plays Pokemon Go… If you’ve ever participated in overseas Go Tours or GoFest… You can easily find users who play Pokemon Go using multiple devices, and you’ve seen it

Maybe it’s different but GPS users are definitely taking over the gym and those who reported it…never changed lol…

Regarding the major customers, I think what you said below is probably a misunderstanding due to the language difference.
Of course, everyone will be penalized for violating the guidelines.
That’s not what I meant

Thank you for always working hard.

At this point I think you need to step back and think about the whole situation.
I appreciate that from your perspective this situation is frustrating. However you have now gone through the whole process, and had your chance to put your views. That is all dealt with by the Wayfarer Team.
You have also made clear statements here that show you have been breaking Terms of Service. You are arguing that they should be different, in order to justify the current situation. Just because the rules don’t suit your situation does not make it ok.
You seem to be in denial that breaking those ToS should have a consequence. They do.
Please use this as a learning experience and fully accept what has happened. Accept that you did something wrong.
If you don’t I fear this will all unfold again.
I’m sure this is all a shock so take time to absorb and process, but do move from denial, to acceptance and resolve to work with the rules that are in place.
