niantic suspended my account for 30 days because i apparently misplaced the pin when submitting a pokéstop. i didn’t intentionally submit anything where the pin and the object were far apart. i also suggested a graffiti spot that was somehow considered offensive? i really don’t see what’s wrong with calling the wayspot “justitia.” i paid for the pass and now i can’t even complete it. thanks, niantic, for punishing paying customers who never meant to break any rules

and those lazy support staff can’t do anything other than send copy-paste messages. hopefully they’re not involved with scopely — they’re absolutely no help at all.
That email doesn’t say you were suspended, it talks about a “generic very low severity offense”, i.e., a minor infraction. Do you have a second one that talks about the suspension?
I appreciate you are annoyed about the situation. If you would like some help please do try to post without disrespecting those that might be able to assist.
If you are suspended because of wayfarer the there should be 3 emails. The one you have posted does not refer to a suspension. Have you had one that refers to the pin placement?

If you feel the wayspot submission placement has been judged harshly, you need to appeal. The justitia mural is not sufficient for a ban - as indicated by the ‘low severity’ message - regardless of whether it justifies a warning at all. (It does look like it’s on a SFPRP, so I doubt it would pass review.)
is this supposed to be a joke? you suspend my account for no reason just because i accidentally slipped with my finger. i would understand if i manipulated my location or something, but because of this? what about my pass that i paid for with my hard-earned money?

That there is a consequence in your gaming account is not something to be addressed here. They can only clarify matters regarding Wayfarer.

We have shared the exact reason in the email you have received. Submitting Wayspots at incorrect location to manipulate the gameboard is considered abuse.
and i’m saying it was not my intention. this will definitely be the last time i spend money on you. i can’t even finish my pass anymore. why would i intentionally abuse the system? i would rather have pokéstops that are too far removed taken down. if you had checked my previous emails, you would know that.

I submitted many nominations that day, and I must have made a mistake without realizing it until I was banned. That is the only plausible explanation. I definitely didn’t do it on purpose – after all, my place of residence is 10 kilometers away from the park in question.
I neither gained an advantage nor suffered any disadvantage from the submissions – I could have just as easily chosen not to submit anything that day. On the contrary, I’m one of the players who tries to place PokéStops in correct and meaningful locations. In this regard, I’ve contacted Niantic several times in the past to report misplaced stops or suggest improvements.
I dint agree with that, assuming a misplaced.pin is to manipulate the gameboard, ive done that by accident a few times, either due ti the map being difficult to judge (tree lines, shadows) or getting mixed up or even just somwtimes it moves after i let go oof the screen. Seems a massive over reaction unless you have proof hes doing that
You can appeal. If you are not trying to missplace wayspot for game purpose you can show it to wayfarer team. Have you ever used 3rd party image in any of your submission? Or maybe u put your nomination photo in website? I see malicious image submission in the email
I find it hard to believe that after you “submitted many nominations that day” and you made an error on 1 nomination and this has led to a suspension!!!
