I am not going to state that Niantic always get it right but all removal reports are assessed and action taken when it believe it should be.
If wayspots have gotten in to the game in the past that shouldn’t then it is correct that they should be removed.

Alternatively, start a new thread, state your general location (do not use your accurate home address) and people will take a look and advise on suitable nominations.
