Nun sind auch Pokestops mit Blumenwiesen mit rrealen Schildern an realen GPS-Orten aus dem Spiel genommen worden, Warum??? Leider auch da wie immer ohne Information und Begründung. Was macht so eine Spielweise denn für einen Sinn? Das demotiviert Spieler die Pokemon erweitern wollen. Wenn das Niantic nicht ist, dann tobt sich ein anonymer Spieler auf der karte aus, was ja mittlerweile leider sher einfach ist. Ich kann aus der Ferne beantragen, dass irgendwo Pokestops nicht existieren und gelöscht werden sollen.??? Es wäre toll, wenn wir eine Begründung bekommen,damit wir nicht mutmaßen müssen und evtl. einen Sinn dahinter verstehen?
Please provide details if you want any comment on that - photos and coordinates. If you just want to rant, then you have done that, but if you want a constructive response, you haven’t provided details of anything.
Einfach wäre es, wenn du zu jedem entfernten Spot nochmal die Titel und Standorte raussuchen könntest, und dann einen offiziellen Appeal hier im Forum machst. Dann bekommt man meistens eine Begründung, warum etwas entfernt wurde. Ist natürlich frustrierend, wenn man nicht weiß, warum etwas entfernt wurde. Ist mir in der Vergangenheit auch schon passiert, dann habe ich hier Auskunft bekommen.
und mal wieder ein nicht nachvollziehbares Witzchen. In der Stadt wird jeder Quatsch akzeptiert und auf dem Land ist man der geeierte… Extra vom Grundstückbesitzer des Mehrfamilienhauses so plaziert, dass man problemlos vom Gehweg an den Bücherschrank kommt und dann diese fadenscheinige Begründung…und ja, wir sind AUF DEM LAND

Der Standort entspricht EXAKT dem Bücherschrank…ich kann gerne ein Video hochladen… Wird aber eh nichts bringen da ja auf dem Land so gut wie alles unter Privatbesitz und unter 40 Meter Abstand von Privateigentum ist. Danke
Und nein, ich rege mich nicht auf, ich ärgere mich nur über die noch immer existierende Ungleichheit zwischen Stadt und Land. Niantic wollte die Akzeptanz von Pokestops auf dem Land vereinfachen, damoit aich Spieler auf dem Land spielen können und beim Spiel bleiben. Das hat sich leider bis heut enicht zum positiven geändert und es haben schon einige Spieler mit dem Spiel aufgehört. (Das dürfte das Gegenteil sein, von dem was Ninatic offiziell möchte???)
The rules around private property (specifically, all of SFPRP including the external boundary) are the same everywhere. There is no special dispensation for rural areas (which would be harder to define anyway - I saw a thread about rural areas that was a large town of 10,000+ people).
This is on private property, even if the property owner intends it to be accessed by the public.
There are threads discussing how to get more legitimate wayspots in rural areas. As a general principle, areas that have fewer people have fewer players and it is not unfair for them to have fewer wayspots.
If it is, as mentioned, indeed a multi family home, it is eligible, and should not have been rejected for SFRP.
I do see that it was not mentioned in the appeal that is about a multi family residence, so in my view just submit again, and mention it in the nomination.
It’s not a multi family home, it’s a SFPRP with no chance to get it accepted.
I agree, based upon the streetview, I would also consider this SFPR, but OP mentioned it is a multi family residence.
But yes, as a reviewer I would probably not believe it without additional evidence
The English translation was “apartment building” and “owner”. In this context (even before this streetview link), I would take that to mean “residence” and not immediately an attempt to describe this as multi-family.
Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus, mit zwei Einligerwohnungen. In Deutschland sind Mehrfamilenhäuser ab 2 (1 = Einfamilienhaus, 2=Mehrfamilienhaus, so wird es auch in der Steuer angegenen), das mag in anderen Ländern anders sein. Und ja, Leider ist Niantic nicht in der Lage aktuelle Karten zu laden, diese Karte ist schon Jahre alt!!!

Well, that is exactly the problem, you know we can’t do this. The process is by design done from a distance. But this is also why the reviewers are usually from the local area, so local reviewers are usually aware of local habits.
For example, here in Holland nobody would have a clue what PROW is, yet this is important for the UK community.
But it is up to you to explain to your (local) reviewers why something meets eligibility criteria, and if you can guess other people may incorrectly view a wayspot as ineligible, please explain why this would not be the case.

In this case, most people will consider this a single family home. So how do you know this is not the case? Tell the reviewers and convince them.
If this is an apartment building with two residences, you will need to provide evidence of this.
Visually, this is a single-family private residential building. It looks like a single-storey building with a single entrance. The double-garage is not evidence of two apartments. The only possible visual evidence is the gate entrance having two buzzers, but these could easily have different purposes so are only very-slightly-suggestive.
Even if the SFPRP / Apartment argument is confirmed I think you would also need to address the design / fitting not being temporary…

Yeah, and that’s why it’s just rejected—they’re taking the easy way out. Another example of local circumstances. In England, mailboxes are accepted as PokéStops… in Germany, they’re immediately considered private property again… One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing—it’s very sad to see this kind of behavior.
