When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

The birdy sign is in a private residence where we can’t enter without the door code.

This looks to be a gated community of apartments or condos. Items within gated communities can be eligible. For example: playgrounds, fountains, statues, gyms. - as long as they are in a common area. The people that live there and their guests have access without trespassing to these items.

The Private Property restriction is for Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP).

scanning has nothing to do with criteria or eligibility.

Thanks for the appeal, @Shivaeyes. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
