Oh yes well on this –
"“But we digress, I can agree a majority of the signs are in “islands” and directly dont meet the requirements. As for the others the issues stands that when they reject them for critera yet a similar sign is approved in a whorse location it beggs the question why.”
No one reviewer is the same Your nomination maybe reviewed by anyone in the country. Not just a local. IT may hit a group of reviewers who are just OK with it because they don’t care what is in the game, rushing through reviews etc or it is another group of reviewers who take the time, review according to criteria and think no, these are not OK (and as clarified here seems a common view). It may get a mix of them so take much longer to process.
It is weird but not.
Where I am - I regularly review POIs from the other side of the country. 4,000K away. Cannot say I am a local When in Singapore I reviewed both Malaysia and Indonesia. And when in the UK - often had France - and even had Ireland. So my point being is you will get a myriad of different people reviewing and that means sometimes (often) the opinions vary.
But I hear you. Frustrating.
Re this “As for the “club” area we have submitted what we can but i know someone emailed Ninatic with a letter from the golf club requesting us to no play there.”" Makes me want to have a meal at Nest and play while eating etc or sitting outside having a beer.
Good luck!!!
