Yes it is frustrating, Imagine, all this problems are just by “Thoughts”
This is a guess as I don’t know the facts, but it could be that someone perhaps a reviewer of your wayspot at the start of this topic??? reported it as on residential property and that was in process separately whilst you were asking about this second wayspot and why it did not appear.
There are other combinations of events that are possible.
All that having been said, it all boils down if these were correct removals or not, if they were not, we can try and help you make the best case to get them restored. But based on that satellite you’re gooing to need some pretty good convincing evidence.
Hi Roli, thanks! i will be gratefull with the help to get “Mirador del bosque” restored, I really dont see the satellite image bad, the bad thing is that the wayspot is in the wrong side. The wayspot must have been in the green point (exact place of the Viewpoint), and the blue zone is the forest, not as big as people imagine but it is truly a little forest. Also I am not there right now but I can bring any information needed to prove that it is what is described.
Also, in that town there are some little forest cataloged as “Bosque Enano” referencing little forests, the one in the wayspot removed was an example, but not all of them are marked on Google Maps.
I had left a link showing that “Mirador al bosque” was at 14.295644,-88.172021
This appears to be single family private residential property on satellite view. There is no street view. do you have evidence that this location is eligible? Can you take photos that prove it?
