Mein pokemon stop wurde akzteptiert, aber es sind schon 15tage vergangen. Wieso sehe ich ihn nicht auf der map:( kann mir jemand helfen?

This is most likely not a bug. The acceptance email even tells you “Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games”. Have a read of this topic, then ask if you have more questions: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)
With a title and location, we may be able to give you a visual on why it is not being used.

This is the case.
Your new Wayspot is in the same L17 S2 cell as this other one:
It does appear to be eligible to be used as a Power Spot, though.
Here is a wider look at the area:
If that area to the right is also common area for those buildings and not single family private residential property, then something there would be in an empty cell.

Unrelated to the topic but what website/app is this? Never seen this before.
This is the Web Submit map with third party tools to show cells. We are not allowed to share links to third party tools. We used to be allowed to share links to the Wayfarer Discussion Discord where we can discuss these tools, but Niantic started removing those links, too. If you are really interested, you should be able to search Google for wayfarer tools and find a link to the discord server.
