***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).

This is likely not a bug. Once a wayspot is accepted it goes into a database. Then Pokemon Go can access everything in the database and see if it meets game specific inclusion rules. This either didn’t meet those rules or the owner of the area asked for a geo restriction.
If you can supply the GPS Location (Longitude / Latitude) we may be able to give you more details.

Not all wayspot will appear in pokemon go. You might want to learn how s2 cell work to prevent future dissappointment. But know that missplacement of wayspot due to gameplay is subject to abuse ladder system.
De hecho, esas pokestop existen. De las 3 que se ven, solo 2 aparecen en el juego.

Does my explanation about the cells make sense now? It was too close to be used as a portal, so it does not show on iitc either, if you have been using that tool.
Its not about how long ago its accepted. Only 1 wayspot inside cell can appear as pokestop/gym under normal circumstances. Sponsored pokestop/gym doesnt follow this rule
Only one Pokestop should appear in this cell. Maybe these are really old Wayspots and one was location edited before they began recalculating cells when that happened.
