Hola a todos solo tengo una duda, hice una propuesta de pokeparada buena, mucho mejor que los grafitis que han hecho de pokeparada, la mía puede ser hasta gimnasio, primero la rechazaron luego la apelación fue aceptada cuando ya había metido otra propuesta, la una sigue en votación y la otra sigue como apelación aceptada, pero no han puesto nada desde hace 1 mes, alguien conoce el porque, de ante mano gracias por la ayuda
This is a common complaint. See the “where’s my pokestop posts”. Pogo has specific space criteria and does not use every waypoint on the map. Unfortunately the wording when submitting a waypoint makes it sound like everything will e a pokestop when that is not actually true. We’ve tried to get them to change it but its apparently a Pogo decision and not a Wayfarer one.
The most common reason for your situation is that your nomination shares space with another that is already in game. This means it can not becomr a pokestop but if it is far enough away then it might get used as a powerspot in the future. Look up S2 cells to learn more about which waypoints get used in pogo.
As for your other submission, it will likley get labeled as a duplicate of your appeal and not be a problem.

Entonces nunca podré poner una pokeparada o gimnasio ahí, prefieren un grafiti mal hecho que ya no existe no tiene historia ni brinda nada a la comunidad, ahí se reúnen borrachos o gente peligrosa, la ubicación que yo mandé asisten gente de toda edad existe y está en constante movimiento de gente o hay alguna solución?
If its gone, you can report it for removal. But please know that unused wayspot is still useful. In fact, creating powerspot is sometime harder because you need 2 wayspot in same cell. Those might be used as powerspot.

Si sabe que ahí se reúnen borrachos, es un lugar poco concurrido, conozco de arte demasiado y respeto su posmodernismo, pero con suerte ahí pasarán una o dos personas, no es lugar concurrido, no brinda nada a la comunidad, me pasaré por ahí, tomaré una foto y enseñaré lo mal que está el lugar, eso va contra todas las políticas de Niantic.
If you think the wayspot is ineligible, you can report them. But too many people report wayspot solely to manipulate gameboard. So you need to have evidence to back up your claim.
Tengo pruebas acabo de tomar la foto de toda la calle donde estaba la supuesta obra de arte que era un grafiti, el cual la dueña de la vivienda ya pinto su casa y borro, tome foto de la calle y es poco concurrida, le agradecería me ayude a denunciar ese wayspot

That photo looks legitimate. It is now down to Niantic.
Niantic have agreed that this wayspot no longer exists, so the wayspot will disappear soon from Wayfarer and Pokemon Go.
On the strength of the evidence provided by the op, that this is only a pokestop and not a gym, and that it has another wayspot in the same cell that will become a pokestop, I submitted a removal report and pointed at this thread as the evidence. I did this to help ensure that Niantic saw the evidence.

In general you need to wait around 48 hours before you should try asking around. Assuming we have normal sync time.
