Did you provide enough evidence about its location? Is it possible to provide photo of the wayspot? I cant see anything from street view. Its possible that reviewer change the location during review so that your nomination doesnt land on empty cell.
Are you sure its in correct location? Please know that missplacement of wayspot submission into empty cell because game issue is subject to abuse ladder system. If you are sure about its location, you can go onsite and check submission map. It will look like below.
If it exist, You can ask help chat to move it to correct position.
Staff will have his/her own judgement and will edit location based on evidence (not always follow your recomendation)

That being said, I’m unsure why a flagpole was accepted in the first place. They don’t generally meet the eligibility criteria.
