Are you saying that the Wayspot is in the wrong position? You can ask help chat to correct this for you. Go to Niantic Wayfarer and a text bubble will pop up. They will want evidence to do the correction.
fwiw, i can’t see the poi either place. the place you have suggested as “correcto” appears to be on the fence of SFPRP (single family private residential property) so will most likely be removed with evidence that it exists here. also, this location is not eligible to appear in pokemon go, so the pokestop should not continue to exist even if they do not remove the wayspot. the current wayspot position appears to be in a residential street, so i don’t see how it could exist there, either.
