So I had the honor to make some new pokestops.
But one was accepted on juli the 5th still it is now 20th of juli .
Normally it would be in 48 hours right?
How to go further?

Unfortunately, that is due to a limitation. If a PokéStop already exists nearby, a new PokéStop will not be generated. Please refer the following article for details.

If you would like to provide the name of the wayspot and its exact location we might be able to explain what has happened.

That means the wayspot is inside cell that ald have pokestop/gym.
One cell normally can only have 1 pokestop/gym. Unused wayspot might become powerspot depending on distance to nearest wayspot (its observed that it need to be >22m)
