The PokéStop in front of a mural is obstructing the view and could create a safety hazard, as it is located near hot cooking utensils. The area is not safe for close access, and the placement negatively impacts the aesthetic of the restaurant. I would like to discuss whether relocating or removing the PokéStop would be a better solution.

Well, you can’t relocate a Wayspot for a permanent mural. The location of a Wayspot must be accurate to where it’s actually located at.
I don’t think this mural being behind what may be grills or other appliances doesn’t mean it’s unsafe for pedestrians, per se. Unsafe pedestrian access is typically an area where one may have to navigate through moving traffic of cars, trucks, trains, etc.
It would be helpful if you could provide the location of this Wayspot, so we can get a better idea of where it’s located and how best to proceed.
Your photo seems cropped very tightly so that you cant see the left side of the mural… if youre trying to prove unsafe access, youre going to need multiple photos with different angles to help your case.

I will say that in the photos taken by @tehbinggaogao, it does appear that this outdoor food preparation area may not be there all the time, as the cabinet by the pillar does have casters on it to move it about, and what appears to be the same cabinet is on street view but not next to the mural. It may also be possible to stand to the left of this cabinet and safely touch the side of the mural. I’ll leave that up to others to decide though.
