Con che criterio compaiono i Pokestop Concorso? Si possono creare in qualche modo o sono automatici?

The showcase pokestops where you leave your Pokémon were only designated once when the system was introduced.
There have been no additional ones created. So if one is removed as it does not exist anymore then currently there is no replacement.
The decisions about showcase pokestops are up to the Pokémon Go team so this is not something Wayfarer can help with.
