I was wondering how the PokeStop showcases are really determined in Pokemon Go. Is there any rule like the cell rules for PokeStop and gyms or something like that?
The rule for pogo showcases at the moment is that they must already exist.
Unfortunately not something that’s Wayfarer related. May be better asking Pokémon GO support.
Yes, this is a PoGo matter, as they determine which stops offer showcases, not Wayfarer. The S2 cell density rules that PoGo uses may determine showcase stops, but again, this is something PoGo handles.
