Additional Information (if any): poi was accepted, here for about 3 weeks. and today it just vanished. i didn’t receive any sort of message or warning about why it was removed. hoping to get it back. no other pokestops in the area near by and i had basically just about stopped playing all together for a few years, until recently.
Those coordinates appear to be on SFPRP (single family private residential property). If this is not someone’s home, you should present evidence of that, too.
There’s no Wayspot at this location anymore on Lightship, and based on Street View, this does appear to be a single family private property. Wayspots on PRP are ineligible, and it’s very possible that whoever lives there or someone else in the neighborhood submitted a removal request, and it was correctly granted.
