This still shows in Ingress (due to the Niantic/Scopely split) and appears to be temporary graffiti on a single family private residential property? If so, it shouldn’t have been approved in the first place and removal is the correct action.
Yes that’s the one. The graffiti has been there for a number of years so it isn’t a temporary drawing, it’s been a pokestop for around 2 years in our area, it is visible on Google Maps street view, and is on the outside wall of a house, which is by law, public property. I fail to see how it should have been removed, or even more so, not even approved in the first place.
Private Residences, Farmland & K-12
Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries.
That’s right. This mural was in a place where it should not have been accepted from the start. Although the reason has not been made clear to us, as mentioned above, graffiti, murals, and other markings attached to the boundary walls of detached houses are all prohibited from being submitted as candidates or accepted.
Naturally, the fence is not public property, but belongs to the homeowner.
