Pokestop missing

There is a pokestop missing and I checked the ingress and the portal is still there, what can I do?

There can be very many reasons for this, impossible to say without any details.

What details do you need?
The portal is in the right place and was a pokestop for the last 4 years :expressionless:

It’s the sign, right?

I can definitely see it on StreetView as recently as 4 months ago, and it doesn’t seem to be on private residential property. I don’t know what the sign says or what kind of building it is, but maybe the property owner wanted it removed?

Also, unrelated sidenote, but you’d better get on your knees and pray that Niantic doesn’t come do a “graffiti cleanup operation” over there like they seem to be doing in my area right now.

The sign should be ok is an award for some old food market place recognized in balkans, the building is not used as I know.

And what’s the problem with graffities? They are all at right place.
Will this post remove something :)) I can live without a pokestop

it was a pokestop for 4 years what changed now?

I missed that when I first replied lol

The only thing that I can think of that happened is the property owner requested the Pokéstop be removed.

and this will remove only the pokestop and not the portal in ingress?

This might be a stupid question, but is “Graffiti strigator” in Pogo? It’s in the same cell as the other.

did the pokestop just disappear today? ingress syncs much later than pogo, and the portal could be gone when ingress does sync.

it’s been missing for 5 days

yes a property owner can request to only have the pokestop removed.

I asked if “Graffiti strigator” is in Pogo because it’s in the same cell as the one you asked about, but my question got flagged!

a week ago both were in pokemon go and now only the graffiti remain

Well, they are both in the same level 14 cell, so someone must have cleaned that up. Maybe it was moved?

maybe someone request to remove it but is strange because that building is not used anymore.

Thank you maybe that’s it who knows

I know cases when pokestops were moved with another pokestop in level 14 cell and they didn’t disappear is something changed recently?
How can I find if this was moved?

There was a glitch a while ago that would allow a stop to be moved into an occupied cell and remain, but Niantic fixed that some time ago. If a location edit move a way spot into an occupied cell now, it cannot appear in Pogo.

ok thank you this can be the reason
