The PokéStop was created and visible for a few days after approval, but then it disappeared.
I would like to know the reason why it was removed.
The cell rules were fully respected, but if this PokéStop was removed, I believe another already-approved point in the same cell (photo 3) should have appeared instead. However, it did not.
Are you sure the cell doesnt have any other wayspot that already turned pokestop/gym?
Considering it appear for few days and then go missing(! Still appear) the likely explanation is that it was reported by property owner. But you need to wait staff for more definite answer

The spot you mentioned appears to belong to the upper cell
(please refer to the photo).
Although there is a sponsored gym in that cell,
as far as I know, sponsored locations are excluded from the cell rules.
Also, considering that the spot existed for several days,
it does not seem to have been an approval that violated the cell rules.
If the spot was removed due to a report,
I believe the submitter, who waited several months after submitting, should at least be notified.
It’s unfortunate that this part is lacking.
Submitter wont receive any notification if his/her submission got removed.
