I had a pokestop accepted and in Pokémon go for a little over a month and then one day it randomly disappeared and I have not seen anything different on niantic wayfarer or any email saying what happened. I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to it?
Welcome to the forum @GPRO1000 ! This was probably reported for removal, either by another Wayfarer or a property owner. You won’t get an email about these removals unless they consider it a case of abuse on your part. Those emails can range from educational, to warnings, to strikes, to bans, so is great that you did not get one.
The status on your Contributions page does not change when one is removed. It will still show “Accepted” there.
There is a category to appeal to have Wayspots reinstated if you believe it was removed incorrectly: Wayspot Appeals

That is puzzling.
We really can’t say why. If you could post the submission including location we can see if there is anything there that gives us a clue as to what might have happened.
