Porque nos quitan los Gyms?

Nos han quitado tres GYM en menos de un mes, no entiendo las razones y escribo a soporte y no me dan ayuda, que puedo hacer :frowning: con quien me puedo comunicar

99% of the time clean up work like this is legitimate. It could be any of these issues:

  • It was a sponsored gym and the sponsorship has ended, so the gym has gone away.
  • The item that the gym was marking no longer exists, so it is appropriate to remove it from the map.
  • The item that the gym marks exists but was NEVER in this location. So they have either removed it to combat this map abuse or moved it back to it’s correct location which may have resulted in it being downgraded to a stop.
  • The gym was located on an ineligible location: blocking emergency services, a school or daycare for kids under 18, single family private residential property, or it doesn’t have safe pedestrian access.
  • The owners of the property asked for the gym to be removed because they do not want it in the game for some reason. (Typically, they would do this when the local community exhibits bad behavior around the gym.)

Basically, the map is not meant to be permanent. As the real world changes, the game map needs to change to reflect that.
