In the park I go to, two pokestops and a gym disappeared out of nowhere, how can I get them back? Since it is a public place and other players confirm that they do not appear

That sounds very shocking. But it could be due to a few different things.
The park management may have requested that these wayspots be removed. Do you know if there were any complaints or disturbances caused by players?
Additionally depending on where you are, Niantic has been rebalancing the game board. They take everything off in an area and then let the Pokemon Go (same for each Niantic game) populate the area based on the games inclusion rules. They tend to do this when there has been wayspot placement abuse in the past.
If you feel comfortable sharing what park this is, folks around here may be able to give you better feedback.
