Hello everyone, I don’t understand why even though my pokestop proposal was accepted, the pokestop doesn’t appear in the game. I’ve already seen Ingress and the portal doesn’t come out, I saw the cell and it’s free, it was accepted on December 15 and even though almost 10 days have passed it hasn’t appeared in pokemon go. Is it a bug?

As the acceptance email tells you, “remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games”. This is very likely to be what you are experiencing.
As the email also tells you, you are nominating a wayspot, not a Pokéstop. This distinction is important because not all wayspots are eligible to appear in Pokémon GO, as all games have inclusion rules. Please check this post from @cyndiepooh answering someone in the same situation for more detail:
As also said in that post, to confirm for sure that this is what is what is happening, we would need the coordinates of your nomination and its title. You can find the coordinates in the submission email.

Just moving this into General Discussion - not a problem at all but the Review Support category is rather for questions about things you are reviewing.
If you can share the GPS coordinates, someone will share a map of what’s there.
If you’re right and nothing is there in either game - it’s possible that location has a geoblock requested by the property owner, because they don’t want gaming there. This is VERY rare, and usually was requested years ago when PokemonGO was new. Usually in cemeteries, shopping plazas, or government-owned things where people congregated and were considered a nuisance by someone.
