Welcome to the forum @Windex687
Whilst the text in Pokémon Go suggests that you’re submitting a Pokéstop, you’re actually submitting a wayspot for Niantic’s database that may be used across several different games. Each game has a proximity rule for what can and cannot appear in game, with Pokémon Go using a limit of one Pokéstop or Gym per Level 17 S2 Cell as its rule. You can learn more about that over on this article: https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/
Unfortunately at the moment, some of Niantic’s products are not automatically syncing with the database due to the fact that certain services are being sold to Scopely whilst others are staying with Niantic. This makes it harder for us on the forum to definitively check whether your nomination is in an occupied Level 17 S2 Cell or not. However, looking at what you’ve shared and comparing it to what is visible on the map, it looks like your nomination could be in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as North Hangar. If that is the case, that’s why it won’t show up as a Pokéstop or Gym. It may be eligible to become part of the Power Spot rotation instead though.
You can verify for yourself where the Wayspot is live from the toggle in the PoGo nomination map screen if you are on site. It doesn’t work remotely. It will be one of the red exclamation marks.
In the image I sent about the pokestop I’m in the exact area and it seems to be red, so is it considered a spot then? Idk about the toggle if you can show me where it is I would appreciate it
Begin to make a new nomination from PoGo (you can exit later) then be sure this toggle at the bottom left is turned to on in the nomination map screen
One of those ! on your map should be your accepted Wayspot - will edit in what that looks like - something like this if you tap on the !
A Wayspot with a ! on the nomination map means is not currently a Pokestop or gym. That doesn’t necessarily mean it will NOT be a Pokestop if it simply hasn’t synced in yet. But at over a week since being accepted, it should have synced into the game by now if it were eligible.
