@NianticLC Just wondering, as I have only gotten 3% agreements since this happened, if this is affecting processing of reviews and agreements.

My rating is still at Great, no change there. It’s just that when I got up today, I had only gone up 1% for upgrade agreements, and the day before only 2%. I’m currently at 38% to my next upgrade from my 1st reported 35%.
I don’t see how that would be related to profile icons missing. An agreements bug would be off topic.
It could be linked to an overall login issue, not just profile pics missing. Profile pics missing wouldn’t get escalated so quickly, imo.
The profilepage does not shows your name anymore.
It didn’t when this bug started, if you look at the screenshots posted earlier.

I can confirm mine is back too!
I’ve got mine back as well, as well as my name! And, no move black bars at the top and bottom for my pic! They fixed that issue!
