Ciao, you didn’t say in what game you expect this wayspot to appear. All Niantic games that accept new wayspots have inclusion rules, however, so it’s very, very likely that yours didn’t meet these.

If you are looking for it in Ingress, it is similar, but instead there is a rule that says that new portals can’t appear closer than 20m to an existing one.
