i got a mail 3 days ago that “Congratulations, Niantic has decided that your nomination should be added as a Wayspot” how many days does it takes for the nomination to showup in pokemon Go

Please read the whole email 
It says it might appear in the following 48h but notice that not all accepted wayspot will appear in Pokémon GO. It needs to meet the inclusion rules.

Welcome to the forum @chiragM !
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. This is a good article about S2 cells and PoGo:

If you would like for us to check if it meets the L17 rule for you, you are welcome to post the name of the wayspot and gps coordinates. But if you don’t want to reveal your location, that is fine, too.

It’s in the same level 12 S2 cell (research Pokémon go inclusion rules), if it didn’t show up it’s because it’s “too close” to another pokestop, or really, they just share the same cell. Just a stupid pogo limitation
Wrong level size, they use Level 17

It is in the same level 17 s2 cell as “Areca Complex”
If I write the name the name of the accepted pokestop can you tell me if it will be visible?
Coordinates are easier, name is helpful if you don’t know exact coordinates.

So if I understand correctly those that are inside level 17 s2 cell won’t I see them inside the game?

It is also good to have them in place in case the existing pokething gets removed. Then the cell would be recalibrated.
