Wayspot appear in Pokemon go and not in ingress

Missing wayspot in ingress but in Pokemon Go it appear.

Each game has a proximity rule that determines whether a new wayspot will be able to be added to that game or not. If your wayspot is within 20 metres of an existing Portal, it won’t be able to be added to Ingress.

more because there are several places that have ingress wayspots with practically less than 1 meter, and when we add a new one, it is not added to ingress and only in pokemon

The 20 metre rule was accidentally disabled at one point and this allowed for Portals to appear closer to other Portals than they usually should do. I also believe that location edits do not cause Portals to disappear, even if they move within the 20 metre radius of another Portal, but I might be wrong on that. Normally the 20 metre rule is in play though.
