As pictured below, I had made a removal report for the Wayspot “Rhea County Tennis Courts” located at (35.492201,-85.010489). I made this report as a “Duplicate Wayspot” report for “City of Dayton Pickleball courts” as they both appeared to represent the same plot of land, and since these are no longer tennis courts. As evident from the above email, this report was rejected.However, I found that, for some reason, the Wayspot that represents this real location today (City of Dayton Pickleball courts) was removed, while the inaccurate duplicate that I reported stayed. This is unusual, as the Wayspot that was removed was completely accurate and represents the real location as it is today. The Wayspot I reported, however, represents an old outdated location and is also placed in the middle of the field, which interferes with the sporting activity at these pickleball courts. As pictured in the next 3 images from Street View, you can see that this location once represented tennis courts. It was then turned into a set of basketball courts a few years later, then finally into the pickleball courts that they are today.

With all of this in mind, keeping the reported Wayspot “Rhea County Tennis Courts” instead of “City of Dayton Pickleball courts” does not accurately represent this location. It would also be incorrect to attempt to modify “Rhea County Tennis Courts” to represent the pickleball courts that are now in this location, as trying to change the object connected to a Wayspot is considered repurposing.
I request that the accurate, wrongly removed Wayspot “City of Dayton Pickleball courts” is reinstated, and that the inaccurate, outdated Wayspot that I initially reported (Rhea County Tennis Courts) is removed.
