When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
- Wayspot Title: ajinkya estate agency
- Location (lat/lon):19.199083,73.174855

- Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):the email I mistakenly deleted but we had a large conversation but they didn’t listen to me
- Additional Information (if any):
- I had an conversation with your team for a location edit of a gym in my area but due to some miscommunication and my lack of knowledge they just straight up remove that gym

When someone submits an edit request, Niantic will sometimes take a different action than the one requested. For example, they might move it to a location they determine is the correct one, not just what the player wanted.
It appears that they decided that this wayspot met removal criteria. Based on the title and the streetview images, this is likely to be for one of two reasons:
- this wayspot does not exist in real life
- this wayspot is definitely not eligible
If this was more than just a generic business (there might have been a mural or other artwork involved) and does exist, it may be useful for you to provide evidence of this.
It was got close for few weeks but it got started back and the name was change a bit from ajinkya estate agency to imperial heights You can see it’s on the same place
Imperial Heights has photos from July 2023 and is marked on google maps at the location shown.
Google streetview from February 2025 shows that Imperial Heights cannot exist here unless the google streetview timestamp is inaccurate by several years.
I cannot comment on the relationship between Imperial Heights and ajinkya estate agency.
Thanks for the appeal, @Ankush17540000! We have taken another look, but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
