Wish that these emails could be controlled in the Wayfarer settings, not PoGo. I donât need to get excessive offer and event emails from the game, since that info is easy to find online.
Echoing the above, I am an Ingress refugee that doesnât play Pokemon, but I would still love to see how I might have impacted the game board for other games.
The thing I donât understand is, that it is monthly. Does that mean we wonât ever see how our older wayspots have impacted the game?
Great point! Doesnât seem fair for the Ingress players that have been grandfathered into Wayfarer to not have an option to get these emails.
Since the systems are disconnected from each other I doubt there is a way to include Ingress players now. Perhaps best suggested to Ingress on bsky instead to start a system of their own like this.
Thatâs really up to Spatial to decide if they want to have an email like this. Right now, only edits, mainly title and description, are being accepted by the Recon team, and the Recon site isnât fully up and running.
can we add helpful comments made on the forum? i am doing more of that these days than the other stuff =)

I love this idea- would really love to get an âeverâ version if possible as well and the monthly update is very cool

Depending on the section youâre talking about this could be true. So for example, you wonât get the monthly visit stats for every month since your nominations got accepted. BUT if you made a nomination in August and it got accepted in September, then that WILL be captured in the email coming in October. Hope this helps.

Trust me that the Ambassadors suggested this too knowing you and several others are on the same boat. Unfortunately our forum isnât connected to our other data tools that collect the stats in the email. However, while they might not be connected in the same email, this does open the opportunity to look into what emails and stats we can do specifically for the forum.
I donât know if Iâve ever said it explicitly, but being able to see how many people are interacting with the stops Iâve made is something Iâve wanted for a really long time.
To be clear, the interaction stats you get involves interactions amongst all of the pokestops youâve ever made in aggregate every month, right?

lol that is the majority of my 1000+ accepted nominations. this just became a lot less cool for me. but i love it for newer or pogo-only submitters. glad yâall are continuing to brainstorm new ways to engage people.

But I still donât quite understand fully.
Let me give an example.
Letâs say a nomination I got accepted in Januari 2025, will I see the stats for that waypoint too or is it only for newer waypoints from the previous month that the stats will show in the Email?

Itâs not necessarily the nominations, but the reviews theyâre doing. If they are active and doing reviews, there should be a way for folks to opt-in on the forums so they are able to see the contributions they are making in reviews
