This site contains several concrete pads for temporary art. Per prior discussion I am not repurposing existing art with renames and new pictures as that violates the rules — instead I am submitting the new art and submitting a removal for the old. I had some removals accepted but this was denied, though the art is no longer there. It has been replaced with “Flowing Arches”, which was accepted as a submission. To avoid two on top of each other this should be removed.
