Rejected beehive hotel despite other beehive hotels accepted

I’m starting to understand why some people think nominating spots gets frustrating at times. My list of rejected nominations is really starting to grow quickly to which all of them I will appeal eventually. I’m sure people have dealt with something similar before but I still can’t fathom why my nomination is getting rejected.

The rejected nomination in question:

It’s a beehive hotel, part of the Eco Expedition which it’s been mentioned in the description, a route would go past this location if you wanted to discover all the ecological projects in the city. So, it’s a distinct location and permanent. Yet, it’s rejected for not being distinct or permanent.

However, two other beehives in the same park in a line (which I all submitted) were approved with exactly the same description.

I still can’t understand how this one gets rejected yet the other ones accepted.

Hello,

Bug hotels are hit and miss, since it’s quite easy these days to purchase one and put it up almost anywhere. I’ve been seeing them for sale at many stores right now, and many gardeners put them in their gardens to help out different insects. Many may view them as indistinct and quite generic, hence the rejection reason.

True, but this one specifically is part of a route/walking hike (Eco Expedition) which should separate them from the generic bug hotels.

Being a part of a walking path doesn’t make them eligible, as the walking path may be eligible itself.

I realize I’m not clear on what I meant.
It’s part of the route/walking hike like trail markers, hence me saying it’s part of the Eco Expedition.
During this route (local, not Pokemon go route) you visit various projects like bug hotels and butterfree gardens.

I wasn’t talking routes in PoGo; I’ve only done one ever and never created any.

You might have to try resubmitting or appealing. More info should be given about the Eco Expedition, as just saying it’s part of that and not what that is makes this look generic and indistinct. I don’t know what you put for the supporting info for the ones you did get approved, but there’s nothing explaining the expedition, and something should be included, not simply that this isn’t a duplicate and what most already know about what a bug/beehive hotel provides.

This was the second time submitting this nomination.
The first time I did add information and briefly explained more about the Eco Expedition but it was rejected as well.
The second time, honestly, at the time I was getting a bit frustrated over the ever so quickly increasing backlog of nominations that I want to appeal so I added that part.

But I’ll probably try to resubmit it later and I’ll go even more extensively into the Eco Expedition.
