What’s up with the community? I’ve submitted two proposals for social event venues and they’ve rejected them. These venues in Mexico are used for all kinds of events, from get-togethers to graduations or weddings—any important event. They’ve rejected me, even though other venues have accepted these venues without any problems. So, I hope the Wayfarer team can give me a convincing explanation as to why these social venues can’t be accepted.

Like my previous proposal, I submitted these proposals for social event spaces and they were rejected. These spaces in Mexico are used for all types of events, from meetings to graduations to weddings—any major event. I was rejected, although other spaces have accepted them without issue. So I hope the Wayfarer team can give me a convincing explanation as to why these spaces aren’t being accepted.
These are eligible POI. They are event spaces that people can rent out for parties, birthdays, weddings, etc. Very common in Mexico.
Again, this isn’t a appeal for a rejected removal request, or to ask that a Wayspot be restored, which is what Wayspot Appeals is for. They have to appeal via Contribution Management.
Also, the community rejected these, and it’s possible that they may have gotten some rejections during the challenge. They were submitted on April 19th, and most likely made it into the queue after 24 hours. The global challenge ended on April 22nd, so it’s possible that some who aren’t from Mexico reviewed them, not fully knowing what they are.
At this point, it’s either appeal or resubmit. Resubmit may be better, since the challenge has ended, so it most likely will be Mexican reviewers solely voting on these.
