Hola, tengo un problema con un Wayspot. He pedido varias veces el wayspot pero no consigo que lo acepten. Al principio no apelé el rechazo y fue denegado porque en la foto se veia un poco de mi dedo. Despues un amigo apeló otro rechazo del mismo wayspot y no lo aceptaron porque era de noche y no se veia bien. Ahora he vuelvo a pedir el wayspot y ha vuelto a ser rechazado sin poder optar a apelación por los 20 dias. Quería ver si es posible que sea aceptada mi propuesta despues de tanto tiempo esperando.

1st off, you now get 2 appeals every 15 days, not every 20.
2nd, are you willing to share the entire nomination, including the description and supporting info/photo? This may better help us understand why ML is rejecting it, and why the appeals team may have rejected it.

I have moved your post to Nomination Support, there isn’t really a route to appeal a rejected appeal. Could you share your full nomination in full so that the community can take a look and advise you further?
Generally, the absence of pokéstops or gyms isn’t a consideration for the eligibility of your nomination or for appeals, and I would strongly suggest not using it as an appeal argument. Instead I would suggest addressing whatever rejections you received at first in your appeal statement.
I believe the staff who reviewed the appeal made the right decision. The picture shows a reflection of you holding the device. In such cases, it is best to shoot from a slightly oblique angle instead of facing the subject directly. Be careful of objects with mirrors, glass, polished stones, etc. You must be careful not only of the subject but also of surrounding curved mirrors, black car bodies, etc.

One issue is that this isn’t easily seen on Street View, and your supporting photo doesn’t do the best job supporting that this is where you say it is. Yes, it’s at the entrance to the store Zapatería Rogelio, but the storefront can’t bee seen on Street View. This may be why ML is rejecting the nomination, as it can’t find it or it doesn’t think it’s at the store entrance. Adding in the supporting info or even the description that it’s at the entrance of Zapatería Rogelio may be helpful, as well as a horizontal/landscape photo for the supporting photo, so you may be able to show more of the area. I do tnink that it’s here on Street View, but a mention of where it’s located would still be helpful.
As for the main photo, you may want to see if your camera has a reflection eraser, as that will remove any reflection could be seen as the submitter being visible, or body parts being in it. I would also crop the main photo a bit so there isn’t as much of the wall showing.
