Hi everyone.
Trying to create a poi for a health center in an industrial park. It is a biiig room with things like darts, table tennis and enough place to hold some Yoga. The campus provides sport courses after working hours so people can socialise and move their bodies. Unfortunately was rejected twice, even on appeal.
Might not be perfect, especially with the photo, but neither rejection nor appeal rejections make any sense to me. Please help me understanding, thank you!
Its exactly as per rejection. Reviewer cant just take your word for granted. You need to provide proof. So far i didnt see it. The photo is not helping either.
When people struggle to find in your photo, whats in the category about your nomination, you lost half the battle already. Your photo just looks like office. I suggest you to use web submission. There you can have 5 supporting photo. So you can take more inside photo. Make sure to get the logo inside it so people dont question if the photo is taken elsewhere.

I cannot enter it, as these are not my working hours at all. Was in there once, full of people. The supporting photo explicitly states the very same: health campus, which should be enough for every native speaker to understand what (or at least what it NOT) is. Stating proof with a link.
And then, respectfully, encountering reviewer that state bullshit rejections and Appeal team that does also state nothing relating to the nomination at all. Looking into the Rejection, it is quite obvious they did neither look at the photo, nor the description but definitely not the supporting info. It states exactly what it is and also why it is a good poi.
People make mistakes. Standard procedure for rejected is to resubmit and/or appeal.
The onus is still on submitter to convince reviewer. You are free to resubmit and/or appeal this nomination
Firstly your link is broken or gets redirected to the campus main page. So your evidence is failing at the moment. I would recommend resubmitting with this link, but also to not rely on a link for your supporting evidence: Unser neuer GesundheitsCampus - Schenck Technologie- und Industriepark. But am unsure how long that link will last.
Secondly your description is lacking and honestly a bit watered down. I can read a little bit of german cause i sometimes watch anime in german subs when english isnt out lololol. But am not fluent in speaking. But from what i can understand from the web is that its a vocational school, a business and a workout area all rolled into one. All of these could individually qualify, but you dont really play up the quality at all. Even the history of the gesundheit campus, it being integrated into the colleges, is historically important. And schools or departments themselves qualify as way points. I think for it to be a socializing point is the least strong argument, despite it technically being true.
It is also possible that the reviewer/reviewers are confusing this as an upper level vocational school. So adding supporting information that this is in fact an Ausbildung (im not too educated about the different school systems) where teenagers arent active in might be helpful.
You are also lacking in pictures of the darts and ping pong table mentioned in the appeal. Which are generally pretty easy to get a supporting images of.
Try resubmitting from the web version to add a few more supporting images and reusing the prior cordinates. That way you can go and take a few more in person photos and just upload it all together.
The photos are a major stumbling block. I suspect that most submission reviews are decided, subconsciously or otherwise, within a couple of seconds based on the picture.
Both the main picture and supporting picture show an office. It’s very hard to come back from that.
The pictures are definitely not the only thing that is considered by the automatic process but it seems to be a major deciding factor
