With the challenge on a good chance as different people will see. Get good shots with sun. Clear space around. Take from other angles. Edit photos if required on phone. Have those other noms ready. (Remember place on hold so you can edit at leisure)…

Re talk about weird rejections. had a cafe in a remote village rejected as non unique generic not a place to socialise etc and I was like. It is the only cafe in the village, half set in an old farm barn. You want a bacon and egg roll and hot choccie after/before your walk across the hills. This is the place. It is not Costa or Starbucks and is not set on the high street or motorway service station. Even rejected as a place to socialise. Sheesh It will get accepted once I go at it again.. hee hee

Dont be discouraged by rejection. You can improve it. Sometimes it take more than one submission to be approved. Especially thing like cafe , when by its generic business by default. Local people might know that its the only cafe. But other people might not know
I have just duly re-nominated with new sunny photos and tweaked the description again, using the word “distinctive” and referring to its architectural and historic importance being distiguishable.
I’ve lost track on this one…and well done on persisting. Do you point out the detail in the iron where it has GWR ?

Thanks! I have drawn attention to the lettering. I tried using a close-up of the lettering as the main photo on the second and third nominations, but it wasn’t distinctive enough, apparently.
