Sync for Pokemon Go should occur over the next hour. Check again in about 20 minutes.
I do see the Wayspot at the new location.
The Wayspot was relocated several days ago and does not appear in the game.
@Wayfarero Is there any chance this Wayspot used to be, for example, a Gym? Possibly even years ago? If it became inactive, e.g. due to a previous location change, then that might be preventing it from going live now, even though it would otherwise be eligible.
Maybe @NianticAaron could take a look, although I would put as a disclaimer that this would be a Pokemon Go issue, not a Wayfarer issue.
I had something similar happen a few weeks back. The wayfarer team were able to push a fix and get it to appear once they looked into it, so hopefully they can do the same for you.
