Which is honestly nonsense because isn’t every trail marker in existence just a directional sign to the next one?

idk if i would say “nonsense” but i definitely do not understand which are eligible and which are not. i don’t have anything like this near me.

Here you see what niantic reffers to the red one’s [20240711_193601] And if you look ad the link i shared earlier. You can read all about it! From a certain year the switched to numbers instead of names. Even the new 25 year jubileum route is made out of numberd signs. Its just more that niant…

And those mtb trails also got removed but they don’t have numbers etc.

Like i know a lot of rural cities where they just only have trailmarkers as stops. Many people are quiting just because of this… That’s why we want them back so badly
