No. These are not the removed stops. These are the rest of the stops which are not removed but now the location are changed

Niantic is not required to send you the proof they have received, as that would potentially break confidentiality of whoever reported a wayspot. It should be much easier for you to go and take geotagged images that prove that these wayspots exist in the location that you claim they do. Or, you can go out and submit other valid wayspots such as the trail markers for the biking trail, popular local cafes or restaurants, and more

It is a fact. Why should they not send me the proofs to clear this case. This would be so easy.
They were removed because you left your name in, so I would recommend changing the post so your name is no longer visible

Regarding the staff’s email replies, those are the standard procedure that they may be restricted to making. Previous replies have also suggested reasonable logic behind these staff replies.
To add, the restoration process should cover all the bases where the wayspot may have been removed for. Many of the Wayfarer decisions are evidence-based, even if all of us is not disclosed about the previously provided proof.
The proof rests on you to provide as the one requesting the request for restoration. You don’t have to disprove anything if there is nothing to. But you have to prove the existence of these wayspots are accurate.

Please allow me to clarify it. We have acted based on evidence provided to us. We are not going to share that evidence to protect the privacy of the reporter neither are we going to share any details of our conversation with the reporter.
If you believe they have been removed in error, please provide evidence in support of your claim and we will be happy to review.

Thanks for the information. But I have no problem, if someone sees my name or mailadress.
I mean this case is totaly obvious. You don’t have any proofs for the replacement or the location changing. This is the only thing which makes sense. Why do you deny that.
It is really not okay to demand any proofs from me. YOU changed and replaced the stops without any proofs. If you looked at the current location of the stops (I’ve posted screens earlier) you see that the location can’t be correct. This should be enough for a proof.
I will post this post so long at your social media accounts as you correct this case.

Sorry but I know that Wayfarer can’t have proofs for this case because there was correct. So I wanted that they should send me their “existing proofs”.
Are you really sure that now the location (which I post earlier) is correct? 20 stops so close to eachother?
Why are you so mad? They gave you an awesome lure spot. I’d park myself there every single community day for sure.

Much as you have your view on the situation I recommend that you take on board what others are saying.
Aaron has been clear that they have had evidence. Much as you can’t perceive what that might be, you should accept what they are telling you.
The way to make your case is not to repeatedly just say this evidence the team acted on doesn’t exist, but simply to take ownership and provide the evidence to prove your statements. The sooner you can do that the sooner this will resolved.
If you choose not to provide that evidence as advised then that is your decision.
But at the moment this conversation is not progressing but going round in circle.

I suggest you to follow correct procedure for wayspot appeal. You are not going to get the wayspot restored this way. Niantic ald said that they cant disclose more information about removal.
I know getting detail on over 20 wayspot is hard so i suggest you to start small and get a few that you remember first

So what is your personell opinion?
Do you mean the location of these stops looks correct? Or do you mean these looks to crazy?
Now Niantic removed these stops as well (see the screen). This means the changed the location from to correct ones to wrong locations with intention. So they can say "the location of the Stops is now not correct. But the fact is they change the correct location into the false ones.
In my opinion there is no other explainable reason for this, what means this is a really bad move from Niantic.
