Hi my suggestion was approved but I’ve realised it’s in the wrong place , I’ve done the thing through the help to try and move it to the right coordinate but it says I’m waiting for a response from a human team but didn’t get anything , anyone know what I can do ?

Hi I didn’t get a reply from anyone , checked my email and nothing and nothing appeared on the chat either.
This is normal, the Wayfarer help chat is not connected to emails. As for a reply, how long it has been, and can you still see the initial conversation? Staff has to review your request and it can take some time, especially on weekends.
help chat doesn’t generate emails. if your browser has lost the help chat history, you won’t see their reply, but they will reply.
if you have lost the history and don’t see the correction having been made, you can try again using the form linked under “wayspot removals” here. it can also be used for modifications, and will generate an email chain.
by “wrong place” do you mean actual physical position in the real world? they will not move a correct pin just to put it where it will show up in game. they can consider asking for that kind of move to be abuse for game manipulation.
The actual pokestop is in the wrong place , it’s about 100m from where it is , I think when I submitted it when I tried to scroll down to fill out the rest of the form I accidentally moved the pinpoint marker down as well , have tried again with the help chat this morning so will wait with it open to see a reply , Thankyou for the help everyone will send another message if still not resolved

How long does it take for a reply normally ? And how long after a contribution is accepted does it take for it to appear in game , as I suggested 2 and they both got approved but only one has appeared , they got accepted 3 days ago sorry for the spam I’m just not sure about all this stuff.

Approved wayspots do appear after up to 48h. If not they’ll most likely not meet inclusion rules
Ah okay so they can take longer than 48 hours ? As it does say approved and everything like the other one but it’s not appeared.

So from what your saying is that you can only have 1 pokestop/gym per square that you’ve shown ?
correct, under normal circumstances.
in the past, location edits could force multiple pokestops/gyms into the same cell, but they have changed how locations edits work, and sponsored stops/gyms do not have to follow the cell rules.
