This looks very much like a tag, which is likely vandalism and is therefore not considered to be a valid wayspot. Similar wayspots are currently being removed to improve the wayspot quality.

That might be the case you can still report the ones that are not there anymore as permanently removed from the location

Reporting as criteria issues is the proper way to go. But maybe @NianticLC @NianticAtlas or @NianticAaron can comment if report as permanently removed from the location is also good for reporting such wayspots through the different games?

Either one is fine as long as the actual issue is explained.

You can’t explain the issue when reporting through the games.
