After talking with a user in this forum I stated the nature of the pokestop as public and meeting all criteria (thats why it got accepted in first place), I stated in my argumentation that even if the court is close to a secondary, recent changes made the court public for the menga neighborhood, its removal is very contradicting with wayfarer criteria because if the problem was the secondary, it would have been declined in the first phase, therefore, I request the recovery of the pokestop. (Took me 2 weeks to make it elligible).

If you go to the school’s website, which is current and show November 2024 events, the very first picture they show for the school is this basketball court. It seems very clear the court ans other sports fields are part of the school, so you will have to provide evidence that counters that information very strongly.
Oh and we talked so much about being school property, we didn’t really discuss that the pin for the courts is located in the field instead of on the courts. I can’t check all Wayspots to see if it still exists, but the portal is still live. Did someone edit this Wayspot to the position on the field, and is that the reason it is not showing in Pokemon Go now? Cancha basketball
Currently they are organizing a musical event which very clearly is in the court(opens at 7 am while the school at 8), On the front side is the parking lot, which is differentiated from the parking lot of the school, (you can see it in the satelite view at the front of the school, next to a big mountain and a street)
The stairs redirect to the public basketball court parking lot and if you walk for 500m you will encounter the PRIVATE sector, of course that is not part of the pokestop, the link you send was an extracurricular activity therefore auspiciated by the school, however, not its property. Common to see basketball team training there however not like a class that all days is done there, give me ideas on what to provide, if an interview with a local or something.

I am just trying to show you the evidence that you will need to refute. As a reviewer, nothing you just showed counters that the property is not part of the school. School property is often used by communities, but it is still part of school.
Do you have a website that clearly describes this area as not part of the school? Something that shows who owns and controls the property, regardless of how it is used?

Now im understanding why people spoof in the area, ive been so adamant about not doing it but jesus this is impossible in this type of environments.
Unfortunately you are up against a difficult situation. Please know we aren’t trying to discourage you but to say what external viewers see and what would be needed to convince them of the facts you state. Maybe this one isn’t going to be successful.
Yeah honestly you are big help, im trying to gather your feedback to think on what to do, just know that you are very helpful, ive seen you in a lot of post. I might have to give it up, but either way, thanks for the effort.
If you like, there are people in this community who are really good at using maps to find other possible way spots to give ideas. You can definitely ask for that help here.

I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. i am using iitc with a pogotools overlay. iitc only shows portals, not all wayspots, but is the best tool i have. you can google for them. but if you need help with using the tools, i am awful with that. but the folks at the Wayfarer Discussion Discord server can walk you through it. that is also easy to google an invite to.
