A gym on a wayspot created inside a private property (an apartment on 8,11619° S, 34,89911° O) and after review, niantic decided not to remove it
I am unable to get a fix on the location, those co-ords are coming up in the middle of the ocean.

Please Note: Apartments are not off limits for wayspots. Niantic only describe Single Family Private Resident Property (SFPRP) as Private Property.
As long as it is in an area that can be used by a subset of the public it can be accepted. It does not have to be accepted to everyone.

It worked fine for me. I suspect you tried East instead of West. Try -8.116190, -34.899110
Definitely went West, when that didn’t work tried East. Now thinking I went North instead of South 
Still think the rest is correct…
Only people who live there can have direct acess to it, others need to get close to it from the street, because the tree house is located inside the property area, so people can just socialize or reunite from outside, on the street
Thats why i dont think it should be selected as a gym or a wayspot
As shown in the screen grab wayspots are not restricted from places that can only be reached by a set group of people.
Just because it exists does not mean you have to interact with it.
