You don’t appeal rejected nominations here. You appeal them from your contributions page. You get two appeals, each with a 20 day counter before you can use them again. If you don’t see the button for “Appeal” then you just need to wait.
It can only be taken into account on here once it has been appealed via the Wayfarer Contributions page. If the appeal on the Wayfarer Contributions page has been rejected, you can request an appeal on here.
I had a look at the co-ordinates you listed and looks like it’s at a Single Family Residential home. Even if you were able to appeal it here, I suspect it won’t be eligible.
If you have appealed any of your nominations in the last 20 days, you will need to wait for the 20 day period from your first current appeal to be up for you to be able to request an appeal.
I confirm that the nest boxes are not at all in a private house but in the street in addition I have not made any claim for 20 days because I have just started the program pokestop
Hello and welcome to the forums! To add to what others have said even if it isnt “in the house” but is on the property of a single family residence it is still ineligible. Something else to consider is this bird house seems to be just a generic one you could buy at the store. Unfortunately this means it wouldnt be considered “distinct” enough to be considered a wayspot since there isnt anything to set this apart from others like it. I can understand wanting more “Wayspots” in your area(I know it says you are submitting a “pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database which can only become a Pokestop/gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. I would highly recommend looking through Criteria Clarification Collection as this has helped me a lot in my own wayspot submissions and can help you better identify eligible items for submissions. If you are trying to add something nearby if you are in a neighborhood you may have a community park/dog park, or community pool. Those often make great and easy wayspots. Feel free to also post nominations in Nomination Support as others can help make recommendations on how to strengthen submissions. I wish you the best luck with your future submissions!

Salut et bienvenue, on adore tous les Pokéstops et je compatis avec le rejet, mais malheureusement il y a quelques règles associées à ce que l’on peut proposer, comme les membres du forum ont essayé de t’expliquer plus haut. Effectivement comme les autres ont dit plus haut, le marqueur de position sur ton premier screenshot a fortement l’air de se trouver sur une résidence privée unifamiliale, ce qui est un critère de rejet. De plus, les nichoirs sont assez rarement éligibles car ils ne sont ni permanents ni vraiment faits pour être visités. S’il s’agit d’un programme officiel de biodiversité de ta ville ou qu’une balade d’observation des espèces y est associée, alors il faut en apporter des preuves dans ton information supplémentaire, mais en l’état des choses, la proposition me paraît avoir peu de chances. Je proposerais de chercher quelque chose d’autre à proposer dans le quartier, la communauté sur le forum est aussi généralement très forte pour suggérer des propositions en s’aidant de Google Maps.
Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter if it is on private property or on the street. It looks temporary, it doesn’t look like a great place to discover or socialise.
I apologise if the feedback is harsh or not what you are after. I don’t want to come across as discouraging you from submitting. When I first started, it took me a while to appreciate a lot of things, and I still get some things wrong.

I do not recommend appealing this nomination, but I am confused why you do not have a button to “Appeal” on your rejected nomination in your contributions page if you have never made an appeal. If you refresh the page, does the button appear?
