Was the Wayspot the graffiti on the wall? Niantic has been removing graffiti which is just vandalism. Please see this clarification on art:

Okay this does not appear to be SFPRP, so I am out of guesses as to what evidence you should give the team.

The only other reasons I can think of for removal (and i do see the wayspot has been removed in the database) are if someone gave Niantic evidence that the sky painting was no longer there, or if the property owner asked for it to be removed. I am sorry I wasn’t of more help in what to present for your appeal.

Your decision is incomprehensible. May I know why this portal deserves to be deleted?
It contains all of what a portal needed :

• pieton access
• permanent
• safe
• artistic painting
  Your decision seems to be unfair without explaination…
